REFUND POLICY

We provide a detailed description and example image for every product.  It is the nature of dichroic glass that each finished piece will be unique and therefore may vary slightly from the image shown.   Please choose carefully - once you have selected your item, it is then made for you, to order, and we therefore cannot accept returns, unless product is faulty. Should you believe there is a fault with the manufacture of the jewellery, please contact us.
