SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will usually be ready for dispatch within 1 - 3 business days following receipt of payment. Delivery time will depend on your location and whether you are metro, regional or international. We ship via Australia Post Standard Postal Service from postcode Qld 4561; details of Australia Post expected delivery times for your location can be found on their website auspost.com.au.

 

We require a signature on delivery unless you authorise us in writing with your order to leave the parcel unattended.  Regardless, the risk of the parcel reaching the intended party remains with the customer placing the order and Liquid Crystal Australia cannot accept liability for non-delivery. A tracking number will always be provided so you can follow your shipment.

 

Large quantity wholesale orders will be delivered using a courier service such as TNT or Express Delivery with Australia Post and will always require a signature from authorised personnel to confirm receipt of the goods.

 

Please note that on occasion during exceptional busy times your order may take a little longer to prepare. If your order is urgent, please advise date required in the Special Instructions comment area of the order form. If Liquid Crystal Australia is not able to comply with your timescale we will advise you, and you will have the option whether to proceed with your purchase or obtain a refund through the same means by which the order is placed.
